Transaction cancellation procedure

This procedure is intended to regulate the process of canceling a transaction carried out on the website https://www.ketubah.co.il, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations established pursuant thereto.

4. Returning the product:

The consumer must return the product in brand new condition. Products that have been removed from the original packaging, damaged, or have been altered will not be returned.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer according to the costs of the shipping company and/or Israel Post, unless the product was damaged or did not match the order.
The product must be returned to the address - Shiri Lanzer, Givat Ada. (Full address will be provided in private when necessary). The product must be packaged well to prevent damage during shipping.
5. Refund:

The site will refund the consumer the amount he paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
6. Cases in which there is no right of cancellation:

Products manufactured specifically for the consumer (personalized inscriptions and greetings).
Products that have been removed from the original packaging, damaged, or have been modified.
Products that have been opened and used.

Mismatch: In the event of a mismatch between the product received and the product ordered (e.g., different size, different color), the consumer must notify the site within 7 days of receiving the product.
The website administrator will review the complaint and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

8. Consumer Responsibility:

The consumer is responsible for keeping the product in brand new condition until it is returned.
The consumer must pay for any damage caused to the product due to its use.
9. Additional conditions:

The cancellation conditions detailed in this procedure are in addition to any other right granted to the consumer by law.
The site reserves the right to change this procedure from time to time.
In order to ensure the quality of products and service, we recommend that customers check the products upon receipt and notify us of any problems within 7 days.
