Returns Policy:

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the transaction, when they are in their original packaging, are not damaged and it has been proven that they have not been used. The customer will receive a full credit of his money except for the shipping fee.

To the customer's home, will be replaced immediately and free of charge.

Gifts that are not off-the-shelf products, manufactured specifically for the customer and according to his order and approval, will not be refundable and receive a credit for them.

It is important to know that colors may appear slightly different on different screens. The prints of the products are of the highest quality and the end result is the color from the original illustration. The water signature that appears on the illustration on the website will not appear in the original.

Shipments:

Shelf products will be shipped within 7 business days from receipt of payment along with tracking number. (Except for special orders and handicrafts).

All products are packaged in rigid packaging, so that they reach their destination safely. Please make sure you have provided an accurate and complete address, including zip code, so that we can send you the order safely and as soon as possible.

Shipping options in Israel:

1. Registered mail - 20 NIS. (Will not charge for registered mail for purchases over 350 NIS) Arrive at the nearest post office within about 7 working days from the moment of delivery.

2. Courier mail - 50 NIS. (Will not charge for registered mail for purchases over 500 NIS) Reaches the customer's address within 48 hours. (Under the responsibility of the shipping company).

Residents of Eilat, Judea and Samaria will receive the shipment by registered mail.

Shipping abroad:

Shipments abroad will be made through FedEx. Price will be given when ordering while entering the address.

When ordering a framed product, it is highly recommended to choose the self-collection option or fast courier mail, in order to reduce the risk level of image damage. The packaging of the product is done with maximum care for the peace of the image, but I can not guarantee the integrity of the frame in regular delivery.
